“Delivering Excellent Customer Service Everytime” Our client is a well established privately owned industry leader. For over 45 years they have been providing rental uniform, linen and other textile services to the Australasian market. In 2010 their focus is to grow the business and manage their existing clients effectively. Due to unprecedented growth there are now in a position to appoint another On-road Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable organisation who understands the need to evolve products and services to continually exceed client expectations. As on On-road Customer Service Representative your responsibilities will involve: - Servicing customers face-to-face on a daily basis
- Dropping textile products (uniforms, linen etc) and picking up previous stock for replenishment
- Covering daily routes from 6am – 3pm
- Reporting on customer issues
- Assisting the District Manager with additional routes
To be considered for this position you will possess: - A Medium Rigid License (this position involves driving a medium sized truck to deliver textiles to the customer). If you don’t have a license but are happy to get one then you will still be considered for this position.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong work ethic with the flexibility to do overtime when required
This position is highly suited to an individual that enjoys face-to-face customer service and enjoys being on the road. Not only will you earn an hourly rate but there is plenty of opportunity to do overtime and earn time & a half plus you will also receive WEEKLY bonuses if you do your job effectively!
