The ideal candidate will have the below experience and be able to be competently CLASSIFY and COMPILE customs entries in EDI Enterprise.

Responsibilities include:

• Contacting existing clients for clearance related information

• Monitoring and tracking all shipments

• Investigating shipment that are delayed

• Trouble shooting solutions

• Providing duty and tax advice

• Dealing with customer complaints in a timely positive manner

• Collating clearance documentation to support Broker

• Implementation of new client files and maintenance

Skills required to perform this role include:

• 1 - 2 years in the freight forwarding industry within Australia

• Prior experience within international transport

• Customs brokerage experience is preferred

• Superior customer services skills a must!
