Our client, a progressive supplier of food commodities is looking to employ an order processor for their operation located in Melbourne's South East. Established in 1990 the company look after foodservice and retail sectors Nationwide.
Working from a corporate office in Mulgrave you will be required to offer sales support to clients and colleagues via phone and email. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and checking stock levels in PRONTO and liaising with numerous warehouses across the country regarding stock availability, orders and estimated delivery times.
To be successful in this position you will need to have:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
- An excellent work ethic and be able to work under a high pressure environment
- Flexibility and a constructive approach to the tasks required
- Ability to prioritise workload and multi task on a daily basis
- Excellent organisation skills
- Willingness to Learn
This is a fast paced environment with deadlines that need to be met. As you will be dealing with bulk produce going into and coming out of various facilities across the country any experience working within a warehousing/transport/logistics office will be well received. You will need to be computer literate on MS Office suite and knowledge of PRONTO would be advantageous.
