Our client, a leading national and global manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Supervisor to lead, motivate and mentor the internal sales team.

Your main duties and responsibiliites will incorporate the following:
- Supervising, mentoring and motivating the internal sales team in WA
- Work closely with the external sales team, passing on relevant leads etc
- Providing quotes and costings and other relevant information required by the client
- Ensuring the up-selling and cross-selling of products to maximise profitability
- Maintaining and developing strong customer relationships at all times
- Ensuring the team meets and exceed all targets and KPIs set
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills and personal qualities:
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, ideally within a sales/customer driven environment
- Strong motivational skills
- Confident and experienced working in a target driven environment
- Excellent relationship building experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of SAP would be highly advantageous
- Strong IT literacy
