Job Description

This is a key leadership position where you will be responsible for the complete management of an outbound team of approximately 20 Telesales Representatives focused on driving cost effective sales growth of innovative technology products into new and existing customers. In addition to operational management requirements this role will be critical in defining and driving a new generation of sales proposition for my client.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing and driving results for high performing internal sales teams
  • Min 5 years experience in Sales and Internal Sales
  • Proven track record in working in sales driven environment
  • Extensive experience in technology, preferably IT
  • Track record in creating and managing large, high performing teams
  • Exposure to Corporate and Enterprise customers
