My Client is a National Leader in the Supply of a Various Range of Fans, Ventilation, Acoustic and Air Movement Products, with various uses in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors of Australia. They promote their products through Mechanical Contractors and National and Independent Electrical Wholesalers, supplying the Service and Install sectors of Melbourne. They pride themselves on Quality Products, Excellence in Technical Support and Customer Service that is Outstanding.


POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Due to forecasted growth & expansion my client is currently searching for a Proven & Professional Branch Manager to join their Melbourne Sales Team. 

Your Responsibilities will include;

  • Managing the day to day operation of the Branch - Stock & Supplier Management
  • Developing New Business opportunities (this role will involve being out and about 2 days per week)
  • Managing Major Key Account Customer relationships
  • Managing and mentoring your Branch Team of 3 members
  • Delivering technical support and customer service
  • Taking full ownership of all P&L responsibilities and stock management

CANDIDATE 

The successful applicant will ideally possess;

  • Proven Branch Management / Supervisory experience
  • Experience managing and mentoring a small close knit Branch sales team
  • The ability to generate new business opportunities through the Building / Construction sectors and ideally contacts through the Electrical, mechanical and HVAC Installers and Contractors
  • Familiarity with HVAC or related mechanical products will be an advantage
  • The ability to Multi task and Think on Your Feet
  • Motivation, Passion and a Team Player Attitude
  • Comfortable liaising with Mechanical Contractors and Installers - Technical Confidence
  • A "Lead by Example" management strategy
  • A Desire for a Long Term and Stable Sales Career
