There are not many businesses out there that still adhere to a strong work/life balance and put the customer first above everything else. This is how we have grown from a very small,fledgling competitor to being one of the larger players in the cleaning chemicals industry. Our cleaning chemicals manufacturing site has a high degree of quality control and is one division of a multifaceted business model.

Due to continued and sustained growth over the past 3 quarters we are now looking to employ a new sales representative as our existing team have reached saturation point with the number of accounts they have on board. As was the case with all of our sales team, your initial role will be to source new business opportunities which you will then have complete ownership of. Whilst we may give you some smaller, yet still active, existing accounts to help you get going, there will be strong expectation of you to be pro-active in bringing on board new customers in the first year. As you build your portfolio you will see yourself move into more of an account management role though always on the look out for new prospects. You will receive strong sales support and full training on the products if you are not from the cleaning chemicals industry.

Target markets include but are not limited to clubs, pubs, education, hospitals, cleaning contractors and so forth. You are not restricted and will be given free rein to find business wherever you can. The key criteria for your application to be considered is that you have a strong sales background in commercial sales and understand that a lot of your sales will most likely come from the SME area. Naturally you are encouraged to look at bigger clients but also you should appreciate the bread and butter comes from smaller sales that may grow into something larger. If you have cleaning chemicals sales experience you should highlight this in your CV as it will give you an advantage over other applicants. Above all we are looking for someone who will represent our company ethically and genuinely. You will always listen to and understand the needs and issues our customers face and do you best to deliver what they want as well as solve their problems.

We give a guaranteed base salary of circa $45-60K + super, a generous car allowance and uncapped commissions that are paid on both new sales and repeat orders from existing customers.
