About Our Client - The key factor or advantage of selling on behalf of this company is there are many opportunities within every business around Australia and the would with this type of solution; health and safety, rules and regulations, new policy, change in policy, educate new staff about established policy, everything and anything that needs to be learnt and understood in the marketplace across all industry, they do it all and they can tailor their solution to appease any client.
 
About the Position - Your clients will always be in need of your solution regardless of boom times or recession. Your primary focus includes selling to and developing new clients & strengthening business relationships. There are many policy changes taking place regularly, many are Government enforced. HR managers around the world are faced with the task of educating their staff and rely on your company to provide all the training and education required.

Note: Some sales people that have done the hard yards for many years may consider this the dream sales job.
 
The Successful Candidate - Sales ability, first and foremost. Industry experience is always an advantage in any sales position, however you are selling the benefits and this is not a technical sale; so as long as you can absorb information your transition will be painless. You must be an honest, well presented, well spoken, likeable and an easy to get along with team player. You will rely on your established clients for a lot of repeat business so you must be a genuine relationship builder that does not give the client the impression that you have taken their money and run, So to speak. You are also expected to sell to new prospects & you will attend appointments  
 
what's On Offer - Salary of $90,000 and a motivating commission structure.
OTE 130k uncapped
