POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Must have Multi Site Management experience in Retail, Hospitality or Sales
- Must have Managed the functions of 5+ boutique stores as a minimum
- Large format Big Box Store Management experience as well as a solid sales background is highly desirable
- Fashion / Jewellery Area Managers are highly desirable
- Hospitality Area Managers are also highly desirable
- Business savvy previous Business Owners may also be considered
- Small business GM's with multi site experience will also be considered
This role is BIG. Based in a single site here in Canberra you would be responsible for large volumes of staff in a store that has a licence to print money. There will be no more quiet days. The products sold here do not need a hard core sales pitch... they sell themselves. The interview process will involve a number of stages. The first step is to meet with me and sign off on the company's confidentiality agreement.
