Currently seeking a retail store manager. Running the business and leading a small team you will be responsible for the day to day operation of a multimillion dollar business. Your passion and energy for people, development, success and results is what has set you apart in your past roles and your ready to turn you hand to managing a retail store to explore the next chapter in your career.

You will work in a beautiful showroom, within a great team. You will deliver a well developed product knowledge and be able to qualify your clients by explaining the structural and aesthetic features and benefits of your products. You will carry out quotations and make sales by building up a rapport with your customers. This is not a job selling tacky furniture... it is an opportunity to be a part of something much much more refined!

Role Information:

• Salary Range: $50 - $65K + Super + Bonus + Discounts
• Roster: 38 - 40hrs / Wk (Weekend work is required)
• Location: Canberra
• Industry: Furniture

Role Requirements:

People Management - experience managing a small to medium size teams, with a focus on supervision & managing outcomes, comfortable with performance management and committed to rewarding good performance.

Sales Experience - customer focused attitude with profitability in mind, as well as building loyal customer base through excellence in service and product. Your sales success in the past speaks for itself!

Eye for detail - Visual merchandising experience would be ideal, or experience working with stock / understanding of how the store layout and product presentation impacts sales for a retail business.

Organisational - you take pride in how you manage yourself and your time, and have strategies to help you stay on top of work load, deal with multiple priorities, and

Presentation - you know how to represent a brand and adapt to be the face of the business!
