STORE MANAGER
In the role of the Store Manager, your primary functions will lie within hands on training and execution with the daily operations of store. This includes, but not limited to, operations, financials, administration and people management. You will help maximise retail sales of your store through effective stock control and good visual merchandising practise.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Previous management or team leadership within a liquor, retail or hospitality background
- Successful management of budgets
- The ability to lead your team from the front and develop and motivate them
- A passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a 7 day rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
