We have an immediate need for an EXPERIENCED store manager, Not your average retail position. Sell interesting products, be part of the dynamic green industry and feel good about what you are selling.

Located near Chadstone Shopping Centre and now with an online store, G Store is a one stop green shop for environmental building products, including rainwater tanks and pumps, solar hot water systems, solar electricity systems, and energy efficient lighting, heating and cooling.

You will manage all aspects of the store and report directly to the owner. Most importantly you will have to be able to sell and the right candidate will be rewarded with an attractive base salary and bonus structure based on KPIs.

To be considered for this position you must:
 be highly motivated to hit targets and grow the business
 have previous sales experience and performance to KPIs, preferably in a related field
 be enthusiastic, vibrant, work quickly and able to multi-task
 have strong computer skills.
