Job Description 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment is looking for a Retail Marketing and Activation Expert to drive team performance consistently to secure outstanding merchandising results for their DVD and Blu-Ray products. The National Field Operations Supervisor role involves managing all aspects of the Field Merchandising team including the coordination of information and communication; as well as the strategy planning and tactical implementation. With 5 State Merchandising Managers as direct reports, some interstate travel will be required. It requires an individual with inspirational leadership ability combined with a strong process driven approach to budget management and sales reporting. The Successful Applicant The candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in Account Management and/or Field Sales Management experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Home Entertainment space with a proven track record of success. You will need to have extremely strong people management and leadership skills with the ability to inspire, drive and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results in the field. You will need to have some exposure to trade marketing and have experience managing an effective, results driven team in the FMCG space ideally. Excellent planning and organizational skills are vital for this role and you will need advanced excel skills and strong budget management ability. You will also need to live their Company Values which are achievement, respect, creativity and fun in all aspects of the role.
