You will be responsible for maximising profitable sales growth through the development of teams and above all be capable of building a people and performance based culture.

In order to be successful for this role you will need a strong history of working in a fast paced environment, with a proven track record in an Area Management position.

To succed in this role you must have:

• proven success leading and motivating multi stores
• a fashion background and a genuine love of excellent customer service
• strong leadership and management skills
• ability to work in a faced paced environment
• proven ability to achieve sales and KPI's
