We are searching for an experienced and talented Women's wear Designer to join a leading fashion retailer to contribute to their growing team.  This person needs to be able to take this company to the next level. 

Inspired by your creativity your role will involve designing and developing the women's wear program from the initial concept through to the delivery of the range.

In this role you will:

• Design and development of garments
• Development of high quality targeted ranges and storyboards
• Preparation and presentation of design briefs
• Liaising with the production team and manufacturers to ensure appropriate standards are being met

To succeed you will have:

• At least 7 years experience designing modern women's wear product
• Strong innovation and cutting edge designs
• Excellent freehand drawing and Illustrator skills
• The ability to think outside the square
