Channel Manager - IT Security - CBD $ My client is a well know IT security vendor and they are looking at expending their current team with a Channel Manager. Your main task will be to maximize revenue potential of products and services within assigned Channel territory working collaboratively with the sales team. - Manage the full life cycle of partner relationships.
- Manage the organization's accreditation program in the region and effectively guide the partners' program status.
Key Responsibilities: - Exceed managed Partner quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Track, forecast and co-ordinate and report on sales opportunities.
- Develop managed partners through training on product
- Coordinate with local Marketing activities tied to the business's goals.
- End user opportunity development
- Facilitate relationships between the sales team and the key partner
This is a position where you will have the opportunity to fully develop the channel relationship and have a real impact on how they will grow the business. For this position you will be required: - Track record of high value sales through channel partners
- Experience with direct touch sales models in cooperation with channel partners
- Understanding of the various vertical markets, particularly experience with Telco, System Integrators and large Financial Institutions.
- Understands how to work with integrity through an indirect sales channel model
- Broad appreciation of the Information Security market - - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Fluent in English
