This company is looking for "the right fit" for it's existing team. The role of Concrete Batcher at the Darra site will be to receive orders via email or fax then enter the details into the in-house computer system. You will need to have flexibility with working hours due to regular overtime hours on offer.
Ideally you will have gained experience in a similar role and can apply expertise as a team leader or supervisor.
The role requires the following
- Achieve safety targets
- Ensure efficient financial performance of the operation in relation to Budgets, Expenditure and Procurement
- Customer focus and service in liaison with the Sales team
- Quality Assurance
- Day to day supervision of subordinates and drivers
- Plant Maintenance
- Production control
