With an increasing demand for the organisation’s products and services, they are currently seeking an experienced Foreman to coordinate and supervise a number of activities in a key area of the workshop.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
• Providing technical advice and support to a team of skilled tradespeople
• Implementing consistent best practices whilst seeking opportunity for progressive improvement
• Ensuring the team adhere to and maintain quality assurance protocols in all manners of their role
• Working closely with the Workshop management team to drive successful recruitment initiatives and staff development

For your application to be considered, you will need the following:
• A mechanical trade (minimum) coupled with post trade qualifications in hydraulics and pneumatics (highly desirable)
• Previous experience supervising in a similar role with developed skills in labour management
• An inherent drive to promote safe work practices and educate others on the importance of safety
• A high aptitude for problem solving on numerous mechanical issues
• A comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office products and supporting software
