Do you enjoy the client servicing aspect of claims, Are you looking for the opportunity to enhance your claims skills and be technically challenged?
One of Perth's leading Insurers is looking for you! As a case manager you will be required to focus on the needs of your high net worth corporate clients. You will have excellent communication skills to keep your clients informed of the progress of their claims from start to finish. Most of the correspondence between clients will be via phone and email, however there is a strong element on face to face contact too. A sound knowledge of medical wordings and the current WA legislation are essential.
You will require the following:
- Sound knowledge of the Insurance industry
- Preferably previous experience or exposure in the workers compensation area, public liability, or personal injury claims.
- At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, work cover or personal injury claims handling.
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Multi task
- Contribute to team, engaging with others about work related issues and on a social basis
- Work in a sometimes pressured but busy environment
- Have strong relationship building skills with customers, clients and fellow colleagues.

While reporting to the Team Leader regularly on case related matters, you will have to be able to build rapport and trust with clients, discussing sensitive information and communicating constantly.
