They pride themselves on their family values and commercial culture and now have a new and challenging Project Manager opportunity.

The primary purpose of this position based in the PMO is to actively manage a variety of Workers Compensation projects throughout the organisation. You will define, plan, coordinate, document and implement project plans and work with relevant stakeholders to determine the scope, requirements and solutions for assigned projects and ensure integration with other project teams. In addition, you will be involved with key business projects, change management, continuous improvement and client service excellence as part of the long term growth of the insurance divisions and the group.

You will have proven business project management experience in an insurance or financial services environment (ideally with workers compensation project experience), and outstanding stakeholder management skills. A degree qualification in commerce or finance, and ideally experience with formal project/software delivery methodologies similar to Prince2 will be highly regarded. A patient and pragmatic approach and the confidence to deal at senior levels will see you succeed.
