My Client is a multiple award Industry Super fund. This leading organisation has a strong brand and a great employee value proposition in the market. They are known for not only their fantastic benefits they offer their employees but also the support that is offered internally.

 

Due to growth in the Customer Service team, we are seeking a strong leader with previous exposure to Superannuation to lead a team of experienced phone based consultants.

 

Your role as Team Leader will see you responsible for:

 

  • Technical Knowledge- Advising members on their Superannuation Funds.
  • People leadership – Lead a team of dynamic phone based advisors.
  • Staff Development - coaching/mentoring and training the Inbound/ Outbound Customer Service team.

 

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

 

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Financial Planning, including your Diploma of Financial Services, or equivalent.
  • Previous coaching and mentoring experience.
  • Exceptional technical skills and knowledge of the Superannuation Industry.
  • A vast understanding of Superannuation legislation.
  • Leadership qualities and previous experience leading a team in a phone based in a phone based environment.
