The role: Working as a key part of the high profile newly created Business Intelligence function the successful applicant will have an opportunity to influence the overall business direction of the well known insurance brands. Within the role you will be driving insights from a segmentation view of the market, build new customer solutions, building predictive models, supporting customer reporting/dashboards, and providing general analytics and insights.
In this position you will gain invaluable skills and experience within the customer analytics and insights team. This is an opportunity to grow and further develop your skills within a complex environment where you will utilise your analytical and problem solving ability in driving customer insights.
Key responsibilities Maintain customer reporting. Driving customer insights. Building predictive models. Data mining & data modelling. Strive to continuously improve processes and quality. Build propensity models Provide best practice reporting and analysis of customer metrics. Identify opportunities for improvements and drive insights. Develop & maintain strong relationships with business partners & stakeholders Provide detailed analysis of data and identify findings
Who you are: You will be a motivated, proactive, and energetic individual who is seeking an opportunity to utilise your analytical ability in providing insights whilst understanding customer and product trends.
To be successful: Strong Analytical skills (Degree qualified in Math or Statistics or related discipline). Experience in data mining and data modelling. Experience building propensity models. SAS exposure/knowledge. Strong problem solving ability.
