In this exciting role you will be responsible for:

• Processing and lodging motor vehicle insurance claims
• Managing the motor claims process
• Taking and actioning customer enquiries
• Uphold excellent customer service

To be successful for this role you will have the below attributes:

• Previous experience in Motor Claims is a must
• A strong understanding of the insurance claim process
• High attention to detail
• Experience wit h Heavy Vehicle Motor claims
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Previous experience with Gen Tech is desirable
