Working for this well known CommercialInsurer in their motor fleet team you will take full responsibility for your own portfolio of motor fleet claims.
Priding itself on providing the highest level of customer service, our client is seeking applicants who have proven customer service experience from the insurance industry.
The main responsibilities of this role include;

End to end claims management

Developing relationships with assessors and repairers

Recoveries
-
Arranging repairs
-
Negotiating with customers
To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and experience;

A minimum of 1 years insurance claims experience

A proven track record in customer service

Excellent communication skills

The ability to negotiate at all levels

Attention to detail

Ability to multi task with strong time management
