A Business Consultant with strong experience in the implementation of software/document management solutions is needed for an exciting opportunity with a growing Australian-based international company.

Working in a dynamic team environment, the role will be responsible for the full implementation life cycle - from gathering requirements to configuration and end user training. If successful, you will be required to assist and manage the implementation, upgrades and ongoing support of document management systems.

As a Business Consultant you will be the first point of call for the client and as such, you will need to possess strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with an exceptional customer focus. You must be professional, resourceful and a self starter who is comfortable managing client relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analysing requirements. This will involve, obtaining requirements through the facilitation of workshops, analysing business processes and solution designs.
• Design, Configuration and Testing. Proposed solutions will be designed with the aid of the Technical Consultant(s), configured and tested to ensure the product suits the clients requirements.
• Data Migration. All client Data must be migrated on to the new system.
• Training. End-user and on occasion, advanced training will be offered to the client and performed by the Business Consultant.

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Previous experience in a comparable role
• Strong Business Analysis and Test Analysis skills
• Experience with process and Datamodelling
• Tertiary qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience conducting end user training
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management experience
• Commercial IT experience
