Our client is currently seeking an experienced 1st/2nd level Support candidate to join their technical Support team to assist in providing exceptional technical support to their clients.

You should have an extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft products (XP, Office 2003, AD, MS Exchange) and MAC experience is essential. The role further requires proven experience in the provision of excellent first & second level technical support in a corporate environment, a "can do" attitude and exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Tertiary Qualifications required. MCSE qualifications will be well-regarded, however they are not essential.

Supporting a diverse range of internal clients both face to face and via the telephone, your duties will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, logging requests, escalating issues in a timely manner where required, support of Macs, PCs and laptops, imaging, tracking of warranty insurance repairs and creating user accounts.

This role requires someone with a level of maturity to work in both a team and autonomous environment. To be considered for this role it is essential you have strong customer service focus and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

This role provides in house training and an opportunity to work with a great team. The role is diverse and has excellent opportunities to progress your career in IT.
