My client requires a contractor to perform basic to mid level technical and systems assistance for IT hardware and other related equipment. The role will suit a switched on individual with some experience in an IT Support capacity.

The Role:

• Asset management
• Checking of hardware and equipment, reporting faults
• Manage the database with regards to equipment/inventory
• Ongoing technical support for hardware and software as required
• Extensive communication with colleagues and managers in different locations

Your Background:

• Relevant school or tertiary education in IT
• Ability to use computer applications
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• High level attention to detail and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to take direction
