We are now seeking the skills and experience of a seasoned Human Resources Advisor to be part of this exciting journey!

Your talents...

• Your strong people engagement skills will enable you to develop strong relationships with the Business Unit Managers and HR Business Partners and gain an in-depth understanding of their business
• Ideally you will have previously operated at the HR Advisor level in a HR department and have a proven track record in providing a proactive, value-add service
• Ideally you will have previous exposure to coaching and guiding managers through performance management issues, succession planning, organisational structures, annual leave reductions and are action and outcomes oriented
• You have previously managed the effective selection, development, engagement and retention of people in a way that maximises quality of process and minimises cost
• You work with a structured and proactive approach whilst driving your work forward along with a passion to set high standards.
