This hotel located in Sydney, part of an international hotel group, is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager. This opportunity could be the career move of a lifetime for a strong operator hoping to join this International hotel group in a key leadership position. Directly responsible for overseeing the operation of Food & Beverage outlets, Room Service and a large Conference and Banqueting facility, reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be profit-directed and sales driven. You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven managerial and training capabilities, to lead and direct a large team of 80 staff. Strong exposure to Conference & Catering is essential, a proven experience within a hotel, resort operation or conference and exhibition centre. You will manage a food and beverage operation of $7m, be responsible for the kitchen staff. You will use your creativity to develop and increase Food and Beverage revenues. We will consider a strong assistant food and beverage manager looking for the next step.
