Our Client a well respected company, service numerous events across Sydney throughout the year is seeking staff for ad hoc assignments, in Penrith area.These positions would be ideal if you were looking for a part time position. In this unique and diverse role you will be required to ensure effective delivery of customer service.
Duties and responsibilities will include the following; - Scanning and Bar-coding tickets
- Customer Service
- Directing Patrons to designated areas
The role is extremely busy and you will thrive working in a proactive environment and enjoy team work. The successful candidate will be able to meet the following criteria: - Minimum 2 years recent experience working in a customer service or retail position
- Passion for customer service and teamwork
- Superior communication skills
- Flexible and can do attitude
- Good presentation
