We are now seeking an experienced Receptionist for this large Conference Centre located approximately 20 minutes from Melbourne's CBD. As a member of the reception team you will be committed to upholding the reputation for exceptional service this venue has.

The ideal candidate for this position will have hotel front desk experience and also be well presented, have excellent communication skills and an ability to multi task.

To be considered for this position you must have sound experience with the following responsibilities:

  • Checking guests in and out
  • Answering all incoming queries via phone and email
  • Directing calls
  • Liaising with other hotel departments
  • Use of Fidelio or a similar system
