You will bring an level of natural enthusiasm and experience that will allow you to hit the ground running. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be managing your shift with a lead from the front approach. Each of the areas of the pub will require supervision and management, your ability to think on your feet and multi task will be essential. To be considered it is ideal you are experienced in: Supervision or Management within Hospitality Cash Management: Till Balancing and Safe Management Cellar Management Gaming including: Pokies, TAB and Keno Food Handling and service Ordering and Stocktaking This is a great role; you will be given the opportunity to be trained up in more senior Management duties also.
