Our client, a whole sale wine company, is a looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for their busy inbound call/ dispatch environment. This company has large portfolio of vineyards and sells its wine directly to customers from their premises located in Melbourne's Northern suburbs, so this is a great opportunity to combine your hospitality knowledge with your administration skills.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email and face to face
  • Managing customer enquiries
  • Coordinating the incoming orders and dispatch process
  • Maintaining information on the company and social media websites
  • Developing new business
  • Achieving targets and KPIs
  • General administration duties

To be considered for this excellent role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • At least two year's experience in a call centre/dispatch environment
  • Experience within the hospitality environment
  • Competency with Micros System
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management experience
  • An ability to work effectively independently and within a team
  • An ability to achieve KPIs

Knowledge gained from the wine industry will be considered a distinct advantage.
