Previous supervisory experience in a structured company such as McDonald's etc is highly desirable but not essential. Are you 100% committed? Does work come first? Are you a first or second assistant manager in hospitality? Are your future progression opportunities limited?
My Client has stores all over the country and only use 100% Arabica beans roasted to perfection. Each coffee is a careful selection of beans from Central America, South America and Africa blended to create a unique signature of aroma, body, flavour and acidity. Freshness is critical and they go to extreme lengths to ensure their beans arrive roaster-fresh in our stores every day. Better beans means better taste and that's what they're all about. They aim to serve coffee in less than 90 seconds with state-of-the-art order, tracking and display systems. Their quality coffee comes in three convenient cup sizes, to be enjoyed on the go, back at the office or in the contemporary environment of their stores.
As supervisor, you will ensure that the fore-mentioned quality is delivered to each and every customer that you serve. You will coordinate casual staff, conduct training and ongoing coaching of staff, work hard to achieve sales targets and grow the business. You will be rewarded by working with a company based on career development and growth.
