You will be responsible for overseeing the dining room operations; in it's busiest period this will mean seeing up to 400 pax and looking after 12 staff. You will be responsible for delegating tasks, making sure diners are enjoying their experience and you will be a key player in the company's current changes; they want to recreate the image in the restaurant, have their staff really connecting with their customers and this means going above and beyond with service, always having a smile on your face and keeping calm in a busy environment. You will have a team of up to 12 staff looking up to you for leadership and direction - you must be focussed, professional and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
