Your role as Concierge Team Manager

You will be responsible for:

• Running shifts across a 7 day roster including early and late starts
• Leading and developing a team of up to 10 staff during busy periods
• Sharing your fantastic knowledge of Sydney – where to go and what to do
• Resolving difficult customer issues quickly and easily
• Completing general day to day management administration
