Your role as Concierge Team Manager You will be responsible for: - Running shifts across a 7 day roster including early and late starts
- Leading and developing a team of up to 10 staff during busy periods
- Sharing your fantastic knowledge of Sydney – where to go and what to do
- Resolving difficult customer issues quickly and easily
- Completing general day to day management administration
