Receptionist - Hotel Front Office
Location: CBD & Inner Suburbs

We are seeking a customer focussed and professionally groomed Front Office Receptionist for this 5 star hotel located in Melbourne's CBD.

As a Receptionist within the Front Office team you will be the first point of contact for all hotel guests you will be the face of this hotel always providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for greeting guests, guest check in and check out, answering phones and directing calls and other duties as required.

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following:

  • At least 12 months hotel reception experience
  • Experience using a hotel reservation system
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
