This cafe style venue is in need of a super star Sous Chef. This role will offer more support to the Head Chef in order to maximise customer satisfaction. This is a hands on and fast paced role, who is waiting for the right applicant to snap it up immediately. We are looking for a "go getter" who is looking to make a name for themselves within the region. Is this you?

What will your duties include?

• The supervision of a small brigade.
• Some financial aspects of running the kitchen.
• General management of day to day kitchen operations.
• Stock ordering & stock control.
• Staff motivation and leading by example.
