The successful candidate will be responsible for all day to day operations of the kitchen, and it is absolutely essential that you have held a previous experience in managing a small brigade. Whether you are an experienced Head Chef, or an experienced Sous Chef or Chef De Partie looking for the next step, we encourage your application. You will need to be a hands on and efficient leader with a passion for food and self development.
