 Application Support Officer

This is a 6 month contracted role for Defence working in the IT Helpdesk arena. You are responsible for the day to day management of Defence???s RosettaStone (Trial)- LOTE program. You will be responsible for learner registrations, reporting, marketing and other duties as required.

Essentials for the role are:

  • Restricted or above defence clearance or recently held in the last 18 months
  • Marketing experience
  • Basic HTML and web design, accessibility, usability and knowledge
  • Learning Management System experience
  • Team player
  • Advanced computer skills, word excel and outlook.
