Our client is a world leader in pump solutions for a wide range of industries. They manufacture, distribute and service pumps around the world using an extensive network in all the major manufacturing countries. This vibrant global company employs a local point of contact throughout Australia with offices in all major states with over 13,000 employees worldwide.
Currently they are seeking to employ a Senior Service Professional to help support, lead and drive the Mackay Service Centre to future success.
The key responsibilities of the rol include: - Managing a team of service engineers both in the workshop and in the field
- Overseeing the management of service agreements
- Ensuring the future growth of the service centre via developing new business and signing renewals
- Ensure the OHS & work quality meets company standards
- Reporting, forecasting and budgetting
- Planning and scheduling of all job
This role is both fast paced and high pressure so it is essential that the successful candidate has previous experience in a similiar role as well as: - Trade of Engineering qualifications
- Man management experience in a service environment
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
