Kinetic Defence Services is Australia's Leading Supplier of recruitment solutions to the Defence and Aerospace sectors. As a partner with some of the largest Defence projects in Australia, we currently have positions available for two Program Schedulers to be based in the ACT.
Our client is a leader in innovative engineering solutions to the Aerospace/Marine/Land sectors. The successful applicants will join a dynamic team in highly technical and safety critical environment. Your primary roll will be as a Program Scheduler for a broad range of projects across various technologies and size. A key aspect of this role is the provision of project scheduling support and specialist advice to Program Directors and Project Managers throughout the life cycle of projects.

The Role:

• Management and administration of the Project Scheduling System
• Analysis and maintenance of inter-project dependencies and identification of conflicts in tasking
• Maintain quality of data through liaison with PMs and resource providers
• Assist work planning, scheduling and the provision of scheduling and status / performance reports
• The provision of specialist support across the program. For example, the transition of work packages and projects into Primavera core model (PMV)

Apply now if you have the following:

• 7 years experience as a Specialist Scheduler
• Extensive experience with MS Project and (ideally) Primavera
• Understanding of governance in a technical project environment
• Must be an Australian Citizen and able to apply for a Secret Clearance or above

Ideally applicants will have experience at least 7 years experience as a specialist scheduler.
