Kinetic Defence is a leading supplier of recruitment solutions. Our client is currently looking for a Project Manager to lead an exciting project.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Manage works at Olympic Dam
• Structure and be responsible for a plan to co-ordinate the project team, consultants and suppliers to ensure compliance with Client requirements.
• Responsible for the process of project team formation and activity assignment.
• Builds and maintains a team
• Work in development team and have an awareness of team issues
• Understand and work towards and achieving the objectives of the Company's Strategic Plan.
• Financial forecasting, tracking and reporting of project.
• Monitor the Company's operations and ensure the maintenance of contractual rights and obligations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 10 year's experience in Project Engineer or Project Management in Australia
• Experience with Business Development
• Preferable Chartered Engineer status

You will need to have well developed ability to engage with engineers, clients and contractors and you will be required to have a strong technical background. This is a senior role with a high level of responsibility and we are looking for someone with a highly proactive approach and a good team player.
