The Opportunity

In this role the Environmental Principal will oversee a team of 6-8 people; you would interact with a diverse client base, whilst maintaining responsibility for the planning, coordinating and delivery of environmental projects. In addition, you will share the responsibility for business development and the mentoring of environmental staff.

Your Experience

Ideally we are looking for a degree qualified professional with the following:

Approximately 8 plus years of managing medium to large environmental impact assessment projects and environmental approvals

• Client management experience
• Strong technical abilities with a track record of critically assessing complex site data
• High quality reporting skills with the ability to make defensible conclusions
• Good communication skills and the ability to mentor fellow staff
• Business development skills with a focus of client satisfaction and understanding
• Industry or consulting experience would be beneficial
