A leading provider of high reliability micro-electronic devices is looking to recruit a Junior Development Process Engineer to work the areas of photolithography / etch processing. This role would be ideal for a recent Bachelor Degree or Masters Graduate that is interested in pursuing a role in the semiconductor engineering industry.

This role involves:

  • Evaluating and optimising existing photo-etch processes
  • Collaborating with the process development team to develop and evaluate etch process improvements
  • Design and develop experiments to validate process modifications
  • Preparing documentation for existing and new processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physics, Materials Science or Electronics Engineering (or similar)
  • Knowledge of thin film deposition and/or photolithography
  • Clear thinking team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1st Class or 2nd Class honours, Deans list, etc, highly regarded.
