Are you a Superannuation specialist who is looking for a Senior Project Position?
This ASX listed Top 25 company is a leader in the financial services industry and has been servicing hard working Aussies for over 100 years. They take pride in providing outstanding customer service through a range of different products, as well as creating a great internal culture that promotes a motivated and fulfilled workplace. Due to a critical project that will be kicking off early this year, they are looking for a Strategic Manager from the Superannuation industry to lead a number of key initiatives across the business.

The Role
This position will support both the Superannuation & Investments teams. The essence of the position is to improve their service solutions, processes, and efficiency. Key focus areas will be re-designing current models & methodologies, implementing test strategies, researching workflow capabilities, and reporting on deliverables. To ensure the successful delivery of the project you will need extensive superannuation legislative knowledge, a sound technical background, and solid project experience. This position also impacts a number of divisions, so the ability to communicate across all levels, and maintain buy-in from multiple areas (e.g. IT, customer service, admin, project stakeholders) is essential.

Your Profile
You will ideally be degree qualified in either Finance, IT, Management, or the social sciences. You must have a proven background in Project Management within the superannuation industry. As a Strategic Manager, you will be able to lead teams, build strong relationships, and negotiate with senior managers.
