Our client is a family run builders carrying out major residential projects throughout Sydney. With award winning home designs this is a company that specialises in luxury apartment developments.

We are now seeking a Finishing Foreman with either a carpentry or brickie background to work on this prestigious development with a view to develop with this company in the long term.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing the construction of this 80 unit development covering structures and finishes. The role will include

• Scheduling works
• Managing sub contractors and trades
• Manage project budgets and man hours
• Drive projects
• Technical support.
• To be considered for this position you will require:
  
  
  
  • A high level of building knowledge, in particular structures
  • Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour
  • Track record of managing the structures package on medium to large projects
  • Highly skilled in OH&S and IR
  • Client-focused approach
