Well known Developer/Builder requires an experienced finishes foreman for a prestigious residential development.
Our client will be interviewing in January with a view to commence employment in February.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Heading and directing the workforce, including sub-contractors, in the construction of the works
- Driving a project forward
- Assisting with the development of project instructions
- Managing and coordinating materials and equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public
- Responsible for daily management of company resources
- Maintaining communication with superiors and subordinates
You will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Trade qualification
- At least 7 years experience working with mid to top tier contractor
- Proven experience as a Foreman with a focus on finishes
- A good eye for detail
- Relevant OH & S and IR Certificate
- Solid organisation and communication skills
- Proven team leader
