Having recently secured a $70m + apartment tower they now require a Senior Project Manager to manage and deliver the project. With a three year program on the project this is a great time to secure a long term role in a tightening market!
 
As an experienced  Project Manager you will have vast experience working on commercial projects valued at over $50m +, with either a 1st or large 2nd Tier builder. Ideally having worked your way up from a trade background or possessing a construction related degree. You will have strong knowledge of OH&S/IR laws, and proven ability at delivering major projects on time and on budget will be pivotal in securing this role.
 
Successful candidates will be rewarded with a package commensurate with experience but in the vicinity of $180k - $220k.
