Design + Construct are currently recruiting for a mid level Client Side Project Manager. Our client is a well established Boutique consultancy who works on a variety of Commercial, Retail & Hospitality projects ranging between $10M - $20M.

In this role you will be working closely with a Project Director managing projects from initial pre construction stages to include, Feasibility Studies, Design Management, The Tender process, Appointing Consultant Teams through to Construction.


To be shortlisted for this role you will be required to have;
· A construction related degree, ideally Ba in Cons Management.
· Around 5 years post graduate experience to include both Large Contractors and Consultancy experience, (2 years Client Side consultancy experience is essential)
· A thorough construction knowledge.
